April 10 (SeeNews) – Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Ziraat Bank BH [SAJ:TRZBR], a unit of Turkey’s Ziraat Bankasi, said it has increased its capital by 20 million marka ($11.2 million/10.2 million euro) by issuing new shares in a private placement.
Ziraat Bank BH issued a total of 2,000 new shares with a nominal value of 10,000 marka each, it said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The lender’s parent company is the buyer of all of the newly issued shares, according to an earlier statement by the bank.
Prior to the share issue, the bank’s share capital totalled 240 million marka distributed in 24,000 shares.
